Desk Study reports are generally required as a means of assessing potential land purchase risks, to support decisions by financial institutions for lending, and/or the most common reason to support a planning application for a change of use on a site.

Being able to de-risk a site properly is a very specialised skill and we only use very senior consultants to undertake our risk assessments.

We provide fixed cost transparent fee quotes that are bespoke for your site, we give a fixed programme for the work (usually one week to two weeks or sooner for completion, depending on size of site and availability of information) and we deliver a quality “big consultancy” style report for a low cost.

As soon as your report is ready and approved by you, we create a full electronic copy of the report, upload it to our secure state of the art CLOUD server, and send you a link to the report so that you can download the report in minutes for storage onto your computer. We can also provide you with hard copies of the report for your records if required, and, we can also send an electronic version of the report directly to the planning case officer/contaminated land officer of your Local Planning Authority to save you valuable time.
We can also work with you through the project life cycle once you have achieved planning consent, if you need other services such as site investigation, site remediation and final regulator sign off/verification.
